What’s the point?

The point of this blog is to help people, be they athletes, busy professionals or the average person in the street attin a better quality of life. We’ll be doing this a few ways
- lifestyle ‘hacks’ to increase the effectiveness or existing diet and training
- Ideas on how to attack the problems of poor diet, fitness and health in different ways
- general lifestyle tips
- links to useful sources of information
