About Drew
I’m a nutritionist and coach living in London.
My personal interests include Japanese classical feudal martial arts and culture, lifestyle redesign, Olympic style & kettlebell weightlifting, very cold and very well mixed cocktails, my punk band and any big orange guitars with either Gibson or Gretsch written on the top; you see I’m not fussy.
After leaving university and taking up a career in the City of London I slowly developed an interest in all things health and performance orientated, finally undertaking the American College of Sports Med. certification and then going back to Uni for a Masters. This passion for health and fitness is tempered with the attitude that we’re here once so you’d better have some fun along the way. Fun and enjoyment are integral parts of life, many ‘health nuts’ forget this – at their peril.
